Upgrade yourself
- Open your private order link.
- Under ⬆️ Upgrade your plan, pick the plan you want and tap Upgrade.
- Check the summary. It shows what you pay today and your new monthly price.
- Tap Confirm and continue to secure checkout → and pay on Stripe's page.
Upgrades take effect right after payment, and nothing changes until payment succeeds. Your billing date stays the same. Stripe credits the unused part of this month and adds the difference to your next invoice.
The options
- Starter → Care: $50 today (the $99 setup fee minus the $49 you already paid), then $19/month instead of $9.
- Starter → Care Plus: $150 today (the $199 setup fee minus your $49), then $149/month.
- Care → Care Plus: $100 (the difference in setup fees), then $149/month instead of $19.
Moving to a smaller plan
Email brian@golaunchly.com and we'll switch it for you. If you move from Care or Care Plus to Starter, the dashboard, Pay/Book buttons and quote form switch off. Your stats and messages are kept, and everything comes back if you upgrade again.
