Refunds
For: all plans
- Care ($99) and Care Plus ($199) setup fees are fully refundable within 7 days of purchase if your site isn't live yet.
- Monthly plans have no contract. Cancel anytime from your billing page and you won't be charged again. See How to cancel.
How to ask
Email brian@golaunchly.com with your business name and the email you paid with. Approved refunds go back to your card through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
