How to cancel
For: all plans
No contracts and no cancellation fees. You can cancel yourself in about a minute, with no phone call needed.
Steps
- Open your private order link.
- Tap Manage billing to open Stripe's secure billing page.
- Choose Cancel on your plan or add-on and confirm.
What happens next
- You won't be charged again.
- Your plan stays on until the end of the month you've already paid for.
- After that, Launchly stops hosting your site and the plan's features switch off.
- You keep your website file. You can download it again from your order page.
- Your stats and saved messages are kept in case you come back. Want them deleted? Email us.
- Cancelling your plan also ends its add-ons.
Changed your mind?
Email us before the end date and we'll keep your plan going. Upgrading from your order page also keeps it going.
