Get Found: your Google Business Profile and listings

With Get Found, we set up and look after your Google Business Profile and your directory listings (Bing, Apple, Yelp and more), and keep them up to date every month. You stay the owner of your profile.
Your checklist
Open your dashboard and go to 📍 Get Found setup. Tick each step as you finish it, so we know where you are.
- Have a Google Business Profile. No profile yet? Create one free at business.google.com, signed in with your own Google account so you're the owner.
- Get verified by Google. Google decides how, for example a video, a phone call or a postcard, and only the owner can do it.
- Add us as a Manager. In your Business Profile, go to More (⋮) → Business Profile settings → People and access → Add. Enter brian@golaunchly.com, choose Manager, then tap Invite. A Manager can't remove you or delete your profile, and you can take our access away anytime.
- Connect your own domain. It's included in your plan. See Connect your own domain.
- Confirm your business details. We fill in what your website already has. Check each field, tick the box and tap Confirm details. We use exactly these details everywhere, so they match.
Honest expectations
Google and the directories decide whether and where your business shows. Nobody can guarantee rankings, and we don't. Ads aren't included.
Add it to Care
Open your private order link and choose Add next to Get Found. It isn't available on Starter, because it needs your own domain. If you later move up to Care Plus, the separate add-on is cancelled and the unused part is credited, so you aren't charged twice.
