Your customers' privacy matters, so here's exactly what Launchly does on your website.
What's collected (Care and Care Plus)
- Visit counts, for your dashboard only: pages, button taps, where visitors came from, and phone vs computer. There are no cookies and no third-party trackers. Each visitor gets an ID that changes every day and can't be traced back to them.
- Form messages, stored in your lead inbox. You decide how to use them, and you're responsible for handling them properly.
What isn't
We don't use advertising, sell data or track people across other sites.
Your own privacy notice
Your website should have its own privacy notice and terms. Care and Care Plus dashboards have a Privacy and terms pages box: fill in a few details and switch them on, and links appear in your site's footer.
