How to ask for a change to your website
For: Care and Care Plus
You can make most changes yourself in the editor, or ask us to do them.
Change it yourself
- On your dashboard, tap ✏️ Open the editor.
- Change your words, photos, hours, services or contact details, then tap Save draft.
- Tap Preview to see it. Nothing changes on your live site yet.
- When it looks right, tick the box and tap Publish.
Made a mistake? Version history keeps your last 10 published versions, and you can bring any of them back. Reviews, star ratings and numbers like "years in business" can't be changed in the editor. Ask us instead.

How to send a request
- On your dashboard, open 📝 Edit requests and tap New request. You'll see when it's Submitted, In progress and Done. Or email brian@golaunchly.com from the email you paid with. A good subject is "Edit: your business name". Care Plus owners can use the link in the ✨ Care Plus extras box on the dashboard, which fills in the subject for you.
- Say exactly what to change. The clearer it is, the faster it gets done: - Text: copy the old wording and write the new wording. - Photos: attach them and say where they go. - Hours, prices, services: list the new ones in full.
- We'll let you know when it's live.
What your plan includes
- Care: one round of edits after launch. Put everything you want changed into one request.
- Care Plus: unlimited edits of any size, one request at a time, usually done within 2 business days. Send the next one when the last is done.
Things you can change yourself, right now
You don't need to email for these. Change them from your dashboard:
- the promo banner across the top of your site
- your Google review link
- your Pay online and Book now buttons
On Starter?
Starter doesn't include edits or the editor. To have changes made, upgrade to Care or Care Plus from your private order link, or email us. (The edits pack is only offered at checkout.)
