Lost your link, or think someone else has it?

Your order link and dashboard link work like keys. There's no password to reset, so here's what to do.
- Lost it? First, search your browser bookmarks and history for "golaunchly.com". If it isn't there, email brian@golaunchly.com from the email you paid with.
- Shared your dashboard link by mistake, or a former employee has it? Email us. We'll send you a new dashboard link and switch the old one off right away.
- Shared your order link? Email us and we'll help. Order links can't be switched off one at a time yet.
- A team member left? Remove them on 👥 Team. Their link stops working right away.
- Extra safety: turn on 🔐 Two-step sign-in. Then a new phone or computer also needs a code from your authenticator app.
We'll never ask you for a card number or password by email.
