A quick tour of your owner dashboard
For: Care and Care Plus
Your dashboard shows how your website is doing, and it's where you manage a few things yourself. Open it from your private dashboard link.
At the top
- Your business name and plan, plus a link to view your site. Your own visits from this link aren't counted.
- Time ranges: Last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 12 months.
- Shortcuts: 📧 Monthly report, ⭐ Reviews & QR, and 📍 Get Found or 🚀 Review Booster if you have them.
The numbers
- Visitors and page views.
- Taps on Call, Directions, Book now, Pay online and Email.
- Forms sent, split into contact, quote and booking.
- A visitors by day chart, tables by week and by month, where visitors came from (Google, Facebook, direct, other sites), phone vs computer, and your busiest days and hours.
Below that
- 📥 Lead inbox: messages from your website's forms.
- 📣 Promo banner, ⭐ Google reviews and 💳 Pay / 📅 Book buttons.
- 📍 Get Found and 🚀 Review Booster, if they're part of your plan.
- ✏️ Edit your website: change words, photos, hours and more, preview, then publish.
- 🚀 Getting started: a short checklist for your first week. Hide it when you're done.
- 🧾 Invoices and receipts: links to Stripe's copies.
How visits are counted
There are no cookies or third-party trackers. Each visitor gets an ID that changes every day, so weekly and monthly visitor numbers add up the daily counts. Bots, previews and your own visits from the dashboard are left out. The numbers update live.
